Mr. Ajit B Chitruk's (Founder-ABC INDIA) could foresee a necessity to provide an additional special service to all his clients and other industries a Government of India's NAPS and NATS services.
According to the Government of India’s Apprentices Act 1961, “Apprenticeship Training” means a course of training in any industry or establishment undergone in pursuance of a contract of apprenticeship and under prescribed terms and conditions which may be different for different categories offered in combination with following government bodies:
1.Skill India 2. Government of India 3. Directorate General of Training
4. National Skill Development Corporation
Apprenticeships are a unique form of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), combining on-the job training and off-the-job learning, which enables learners from all walks of life to acquire the knowledge, skills and know-how required to carry out a specific occupation.
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS-2016)

The Government of India aims to promote apprenticeships across the country. The scheme provides financial incentives to establishments that provide an opportunity to the candidates of ITI & other optional trades to develop their skills and to adapt with the industrial environment.
Candidate's Eligibility:
Education: 5th-12th/10th +2 certificate.
Age: 18 to 35 years
Period: 6 to 24 months
Establishment's benefits:
Establishments have a workforce of 3 or less are not permitted to engage apprentices.
For establishments having a workforce between 4-29 opting for this program is optional.
A mandate for establishments having workforce (regular and contract employees) of 30 or more in a range from 25% of its total workforce (including contractual employees) every year.
Statutory compliances are not applicable (EPF/ESIC).
Labour law is not applicable.
Not obligatory to recruit the trained candidates.
Every Candidate is paid upto Rs.1,500 monthly stipend, by Govt. of India.
Company can save CTC upto 30%.
Establishment benefits by recruiting skilled and productive candidates with increasing profits.

National Apprenticeship Technical Scheme (NATS-1973)

Apprenticeship Training Scheme is a scheme where young, technically qualified people undergo training under a Master Trainer to become equipped for jobs in the Modern Scenario.
This is an opportunity to the diploma & graduate candidates in engineering & technology to develop their skills & to adapt industrial environment.
Candidate's Eligibility:
Education: Any Diploma or Graduate
Age: 18 to 35 years
Period: 6 to 36 months
Establishment's benefits:
Establishments have a workforce of 3 or less are not permitted to engage apprentices.
For establishments having a workforce between 4-29 opting for this program is optional.
A mandate for establishments having workforce (regular and contract employees) of 30 or more in a range from 25% of its total workforce (including contractual employees) every year.

Every diploma & graduate candidate is paid monthly stipend upto Rs.4,000 & Rs.4,500 accordingly, by Govt. of India.
